- How do I add or update a vehicle?
Tap the “+” button on the home screen → Select “Add Vehicle”.
To update, go to the vehicle → Settings → Edit Vehicle. - How do I log maintenance or fuel?
Select your vehicle → Tap “+ Maintenance” or “+ Fuel”. - How do I edit or view past logs?
Go to the vehicle → tap “View Maintenance Logs” or “View Fuel Logs” to edit or delete entries. - How do I export my data?
From a vehicle screen, go to Settings → Export/Import → choose “Export All” or “Export Single Vehicle”.
Troubleshooting & Advanced Use
- Backing up your data:
Data is saved internally in the app. Export manually to email or cloud to ensure safe recovery. - Maintenance alert colors:
🔴 Overdue, 🟡 Due soon, 🟠 Inactive (set in “Inactive Vehicle Alert” in Settings). - Custom oil change intervals:
Create separate tasks like “Oil Change (5000 mi)” and “Oil Change (3000 mi)” with their own schedules. - Fuel log color meaning:
🟥 MPG drop, 🟩 MPG improved, ⬜ Stable — based on the “Fuel Trend Sensitivity” setting. - Maintenance cost handling:
Costs are evenly split across all selected tasks. You can edit costs in “View Maintenance Logs” or log items separately. - Selling your car?
Use “Export Single Vehicle” to email or save its history file. - Skipped fuel entries:
You can mark a fill-up as skipped if it wasn’t accurate. Skipped entries are excluded from MPG calculations to keep your fuel trend reliable. - Update mileage or hours without logging maintenance:
Use the “Mileage/Time Update” option under your vehicle screen to keep your records current without logging a service.
